Cabin Rentals

T-Lazy-7 offers a wide variety of cabins:  efficiency sleeper studios ($500-$850); one bedrooms ($975-$1400); two bedrooms from $1600; and three bedrooms ($2000-2400). Each cabin is unique and is part of the original homestead from the 1930s. Located just three miles from the roundabout entrance to Aspen (Less than 10 minutes to downtown on a road with very limited traffic), it is the last property before reaching the world-famous Maroon Bells. The road to the Bells is closed during the summer except to buses and recreation, and is therefore one of the most popular biking routes in the area. The nearest full-time bus is Aspen Highlands, 1.5 miles down the road (10 minute walk, 5 minute bike), though the Maroon Bells tour bus will take residents from the ranch to Aspen Highlands at no charge between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

WILDERNESS LODGE - BUILDING 1

Located by the Lodge beneath a stand of towering Pines, contains three apartments.

1- Hideaway - Charming one-bedroom, cathedral ceilings, new kitchen/bath in 2013.

2- Bear Den - 881 sf two-bedroom (second bedroom accessed by walking through first bedroom) , one-bath, fireplace, bar. Bright large living room, new carpet, remodeled ceramic tiled bath.

3- Eagle's Nest - Two-bedroom, plus double loft and guest sleeper room, two-bath, 813sf.

HOMESTEAD LODGE - BUILDING 2

Located just downstream of the main central pond, contains 4 apartments

4- Sodbuster - Studio cabin

5- Honeymooner - Darling one-bedroom, one-bathroom, featuring gas fireplace, claw foot tub, hardwood floor.

6- Settlers - One-bedroom, one-bath, wrap around windows, cathedral ceilings and grand stone fireplace, converted to gas.

7- Harvester Cabin - Unique second floor one-bedroom, one-bath, with gorgeous wood floors and stunning pond views from deck.

SKI BARN - BUILDING 3

Located on the upstream bank of the main central pond, contains 3 apartments

8- Harness Room - A+ cabin following meticulous remodel in 2010. Master bedroom suite plus two bedrooms and two custom-tiled bathrooms. 885 SF. Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, deck, pond views.

9- Tackroom - Small, budget one-bedroom, one-bath with lots of windows, gas heat, ceramic tiled shower.

10- Rope Tow Cabin  - One-bedroom, one-bathroom with new tub, large deck with views of Pyramid Peak and pond views, hardwood floors.

COOKHOUSE - BUILDING 4

Nestled at the base of the red cliffs by the community garden, overlooking the back yard of the Lodge. Contains 3 apartments.

11- Mess Hall - Two-plus bedrooms, one and 3/4 bath cabin. Incredible remodeled kitchen, new electric, gas fireplace, huge windows.

14- Pantry -  One-bedroom, one-bath cabin, new kitchen, hardwood floors, private views.

15- Smokehouse - Cute one-bedroom, one-bathroom, new kitchen and bath, wood fireplace.

LAUNDRY/POOLHOUSE BUILDING



This building is next to our retired swimming pool. The front has been converted to the communal laundry room, and the back has two studio apartments where the sauna used to be, plus the master two-bedroom suite.

12- Sauna - Studio with full kitchen and shared bath, internet and utilities included  (Currently combined with Apt. 16)

13- Bungalow (Maytag) - *Beats Camping. Small studio efficiency unit with queen bed, full fridge, apartment sized kitchenette, chest of drawers, shared bathroom (shower)

16- Remuda - Two-bedroom, two-bath, plus dining room/sleeper annex, and new kitchen.

17- Claim Jumper  - Two-bedroom, one and a half bath stand-alone cabin, gas fire, deck, lawn and stream views

18 - The Bunkhouse  - Two-bedroom, one-bathroom (shower) budget cabin, incorporating historic 10th Mountain Division accommodations.

T LAZY 7 LODGE



The beautiful new TLazy7 log lodge, which hosts weddings and private parties in its grand ballroom downstairs, has three apartments upstairs.

19- Puma - Small efficiency sleeper with private bath, kitchenette, large deck, private entrance

20- OSA "The Bear" - Master very large single suite with washer dryer

21- Wapiti "The Elk"- Large one-bedroom, two-bath on the main lodge. Can be combined with Puma to make a two bedroom.

55- Buffalo - One bedroom, one private bathroom (shower) efficiency apartment Available winter only (Oct 15-May 30.

23- Diner - One bedroom two, or three-plus bedrooms in the main office building. Very spacious, great storage. Best space for the money!

23A- Bunkroom: Lower Ponds - *Beats camping. $550 plus $50 fixed utilities, sleeping room with courtesy furnishings, including dorm fridge/microwave. It shares a communal non-attached bathroom.

23B- Bunkroom: Maproom -  *Beats camping. $550 plus $50 fixed utilities, just furnished sleeping room with dorm fridge/microwave, communal non-attached bathroom.

25- The Ponds - Luxurious three-bedroom, two-bath cabin, fireplace, skylights, washer dryer/dishwasher. Spacious deck overlooking large serene pond, covered parking, storage.

THE ZOO (Employee Cabins for winter, available for summer). Pans, dishes, cutlery included.

30- Poolroom - - Furnished two-bedroom, one-bath for $1500/mo. or $500/week. Includes all utilities and wireless internet. Available April 15 - November 15, annually.

31- Palace - Three-bedroom, one-bath for $2000/mo. or $600/week. Available April 15 - November 15, annually.

33- Shalico -  Two-bedroom for $1400/mo. inclusive.

35 & 35- Foxhole & Burrow -Summer studios with shared bathroom, full kitchen and each with queen bed for $900 month, includes utilities.

38 - Fishermans - Spacious standalone overlooking pond, 1.5 bedrooms plus large loft

39- Hunters - Lovely stand-alone studio cabin, cathedral ceilings with deck over pond, small woodstove, full kitchen/dining.

40- Trappers - Large, private king bedroom stand-alone cabin beside pond with loft, new kitchen and bathroom. Perfect mix of modern convenience and back woods charm.

Creekside - AKA "Ditch Cabin", elegant private stand alone two bedroom, 2 bathroom on chortling brook used for irrigation.

44- Bruces - Efficiency stand-alone cabin, diminutive, but clean with full kitchen and bathroom.

Silver Bullet - *Beats Camping: The ultimate in "bunkhouse," a small stand-alone studio sleeper cabin with shared remote bathroom for $400/mo., includes heat, light, internet. No internal water/plumbing. Winter utilities add $50/mo.

Arts and Crafts Cabin - Artists studio right on the river, peaceful, electric but no plumbing (uses common facilities central ranch). $300/month.
