Maproom 

Maproom, named because it once served as the search and rescue headquarters, is either a spacious add-on to the diner, or can be studio bunkroom, with courtesy furnishings available, currently a queen bed, twin sofas, chest of drawers. $600 mo, plus winter heat add-on.
 

Picture above shows outside entrance, and kitchenette by the door. Kitchenette has fridge, microwave, hot plate and toaster oven, and counter/cabinets.

Maproom

Maproom is the bottom floor in the picture above, with two windows, and a door under the deck.

Beyond the door are ponds.

Outside entrance is sheltered by a deck above.

Maproom shares the below nearby "shop" bathroom, nicely remodeled.
