"Harvester" -  Apartment 7
Flashback: Harvester was once the Deane Children's part of the main ranch house. Owner Rick Deane remembers sleeping there as a 3 year old, where his pet cat, Tom, most unexpectedly had kittens under the covers. Whoops! Guess Tom was a she! The kids used to pull out the drawers of the front room and follow the "secret passages" throughout the house.

A 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 600 square feet plus large deck and unique wall storage.

Bedroom: 20x13: 260 Sq feet
Livingroom/kitchen: appox 11x22 + annex = 310 sq feet
Bathroom = 5x5 = 25 sq feet

26% of building gas and metered electrical.

Pictured below, Harvester encompasses the whole upstairs of the Homestead cabin, and it has views of a pond and lawns.
Harvester is frequently used for commercial photo shoot because of its views and character!

THE LIVINGROOM
From the front door, the living room stretches out to a dining nook and kitchen, with the bedroom at the end of the hall
(Wide angle panorama view distorts perspective somewhat.)

Pictured below without furnishings highlights the beautiful wood floors, which were refinished March 2012, as
well as the unique in-wall storage drawers.

The dining nook looks out from a large picture window onto lawns and stream.

Harvester is one of the last cabins with a true woodstove. (Tenants must provide their own wood.)

Sofa is a Ritz pullout. Living room features original decor of "harvesting" paraphanalia

THE BEDROOM

Bedroom features new paint March 2012, king bed, desk and rustic chest of drawers.

Wide angle perspective of the bedroom:

Below, bedroom shown without furnishings.

View from back of bedroom towards kitchen/living area shows closets to either side of the doorway.

THE BATHROOM/ PANTRY
Bathroom has full tub with flexible shower head . . . sloping roof makes it a challenge for very tall persons.

Across from the bathroom is a hall patry that contains a brand new fridge (not the rather historic refrigerator pictured below),
and has space for more hanging items.
