Harness Room - Cabin #8
Flashback: Harness Room was once the horse stable, evident by the numerous bedrooms off the main hallway, like stalls along an aisle way. The living room was the grooming area and feed storage. Had Deane was a traveling salesman for Tamms Industries, a company that marketed a product he invented called Floorstone. This product, still in use today, levels concrete floors. Had raised appaloosa horses and used them to entertain his clients when they came to the ranch. His poor wife Lou had to care for the animals, as wells as three children, while he was traveling, so when Had arrived with a fresh bunch of clients, Lou handed out the newly printed rate cards. The TLazy7 guest ranch was born.

Size: 885 sf,, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, plus 50% of building gas and electrical.
A master tiler John Laverman once lived here, and took it upon himself to tile the two bathrooms. It was such a hit, that since then we have tiled dozens of bathrooms all over the ranch. The cabin was again extensively remodeled after a small fire in June of 2010 to update all the electrical, septic, windows and insulation. The remodel doubled the size of the kitchen and created a double sized master bedroom suite, turning it from a five stall-sized bedroom cabin into a three bedroom cabin. Features a gas converted fireplace, views of waterfall and ponds, a generous deck and gardens, dishwasher and a washer dryer hookup, and two parking places.
