$800/mo which includes utilities, and is available Oct 1 - June 1 seasonally.

to the left).

The deck to the bedroom is just above the black car.
Just inside the front door is a landing with five doors and a staircase to the Lodge party room downstairs. This
apartment includes a kitchen/dining/sitting/bathroom behind the open door in the left of the picture, and the bedroom/office
to the right open door in the right hand of the picture. It used to be an office. Two other doors lead to other apartments, and
the last door leads to the party room. Occasionally parties may be held downstairs, but generally do not exceed 11 p.m.
 
The spacious bedroom (160sf) contains a queen sized bed, side table and lamp. and a hanging shelf unit (not shown)
Behind the window behind the bed is an office annex area (86sf) with a built in table and chair (not shown)
Lots of windows, great light. Parking for 1 car.
 
  Outside the bedroom is a walk out deck with views of Maroon Creek Road and Maroon Creek.

Kitchen also has two burner stove and small oven, four drawers with cutting board top (not shown: it has a microwave or toaster
oven atop), small sink, overhead cabinet.
